Experiential Workshops

We design highly interactive workshops that give participants an opportunity to practice new skills through role-plays and problem-solving scenarios. Trainees love the real-world practice! We use polling software to provide continual feedback.

E-learning Modules

Our designers create on-demand E-learning through the use of creative authoring systems. Participants can access the training 24/7 which speeds completion timeframes and eliminates travel costs. These modules incorporate storytelling and branching to increase engagement and retention.

Blended Learning

In some cases, we use a combination of traditional workshops with on-demand, e-learning technology. This is often done to shorten down a workshop by requiring pre-work that is done through a web-based program. Participants learn the “theory” during the e-learning and then attend a workshop to practice new skills.
About Us

Biography: David Klepinger

For over 20 years I have been involved in helping organizations figure out answers to complex problems that require Learning and Development solutions. I am passionate about social justice and women’s issues and have been actively involved in working with refugees for the last five years. This has given me the opportunity to be exposed to some of the most courageous leaders for human rights in Atlanta. I want to continue to use my experience as a training consultant in the pursuit of human rights issues.

Our process

How it works

Development Process

We begin the process by developing a discovery agreement that defines all aspects of the project and it’s measurable goals.

Once the discovery has been validated, we build a detailed blueprint that has learning objectives, content outlines, media recommendations and development timelines.

Before building the training solution we present the blueprint to all of the relevant stakeholders. This will ensure that everyone has a chance to provide input on the program design

During this phase we begin development of scripts, video, learner materials and all performance aids.

After each draft we review and make improvements. 

After recording the training materials, we conduct a controlled pilot test with the target audience to discover areas for improvement. Then we make final revisions.

 

The last phase includes the creation of a launch strategy and a marketing plan to ensure widespread adoption.
